Day 01: NJP/IXB to Gangtok transfer

Welcome on arrival at IXB/NJP meet our representative and transfer to Gangtok (110kms/4hrs), at an altitude of 5500ft Gangtok is the Capital of Sikkim. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Gangtok Local Sightseeing – Full Day

After breakfast visit Hanuman Tak,Ganesh Tak,Tashi view Point(These three points are famous for watching beautiful early morning view on Mt Kanchenjunga).Best point sightseeing tour in and around the capital city of Sikkim, covering Chortan, Stupa, Institute of Tibetology Institute of Handicrafts and handlooms along with cottage Industry, Flower show, Ropeway, Assembly, NamNang View Point & Banjhakri Falls . Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03: Gangtok to Lachen transfer (North Sikkim)

After breakfast pickup from your hotel at Gangtok and Transfer to Lachen(135 kms/6–6.5hrs), en-route sightseeing at Sighik View point, Chumthang Valley, Twin Falls and Vima Falls. Reach Lachen late afternoon / early evening – The snow-capped peaks, the Shingbha wild life sanctuary, Gurudongmar Lake, Chopta Valley, Thangu are the major attraction – It’s a valley surrounded by gigantic and humbling snow peak mountains and the starting point of Green Lake Trek – In fact the village cradled between stern, tall rock faces standing like guards – A hamlet with very few people – It almost like this town is hidden from the outside – Like a Shangri – La – Check into a hotel – Welcome Tea – Evening free to stroll and visit the Lepcha Village – Overnight stay at Hotel in Lachen.

Day 04: Excursion to Gurudongmer Lake & transfer to Lachung

Early morning drive to Thangu Village (Alt 13625Ft / 4100M), a remote high altitude village of Tibetan Nomads and also proceed further to Chopta Valley (Alt 13325Ft / 4000M) to get some breathtaking view of alpine valley of frozen rivers. From Chopta Valley drive for another 30kms in 1.5hr to Gurudongmar Lake (Alt 17375Ft / 5225M). A valley at an altitude of 11, 800 feet through which Lachen Chu flows, generally covered with snow from December to April or even more is known as the Holy / Sacred Lake. After lunch drive to Lachung,49 kms-2 hrs journey. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Excursion to Yumthang Valley & transfer back to Gangtok

Early morning after breakfast start for half-day excursion trip to Yumthang Valley, en-rote visit Hot Spring and Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary.Some photographs of the natural scenes of Switzerland and Yumthang valley are very hard to distinguish. Yumthang, which is at an altitude of 12,000 ft., is situated about 135 km from Gangtok.
April and May promises colorful flowers & Orchids, where as November end to March usually sees snows, Transfer back to Lachung for Lunch followed by onward trip back to Gangtok. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 06: Excursion to Tsangoo Lake & Baba Mandir

After breakfast half-day trip to Tsomgo lake (12400ft), which is only 32 kms from Gangtok City, the oval shaped lake is almost about 1Km long, and 15 mtrs deep. The lake is considered sacred by the local people,After that visit 18 kms from the lake Baba Mandir, (temple of disappeared army personal) and back to Gangtok. Evening free at Gangtok for shopping and individual activity. Overnight at hotel. (Optional tour is, Nathula the Indo-Chaina border is 20 kms. from Tsomgo lake (subject to availability of special permit for Indian tourist only on additional payment at Gangtok for separate permit) – Closed on Mondays & Tuesdays. Overnight at Gangtok hotel.

Day 07: Gangtok to NJP/IXB transfer

Morning transfer to IXB/NJP ( 125kms / 4.5hrs). Tour End.
